Note: This is members only program please become a member, Registration is based on First Come First serve basis. Parents need to come and sign the consent form for each student on the registration day then only student admission is confirmed.

Bala Vihar Guidelines :

1. Park the car in the parking lot and bring the kids to Bala Vihar front desk. Do NOT drop off in front of the Temple steps and block people who are entering the temple. All the parents please follow the rules strictly and we don't want to call out your names in front of Everyone. Fines will be enforced and also if you don't follow, your children may be removed from the Sai Temple.

2. This year we will have only a 5 minutes grace period for First 2 weeks and after that there is no grace period. Kids are not allowed to classrooms once the classes start.

3. Make sure to send a notebook and a pencil, If not your Kid will be sent out of the class. Parents check their bags for notebook, pencil and ID cards ( once issued) before your start to Bala Vihar. We will give the pencil / notebook with a cost of $5 every time your kids forget and the parents will be notified.

4. Books, Mavenlink setup (Parent teacher communication / homework / class work details) and ID cards will be available in the first week of September after the long weekend.

5. Parents need to meet teachers in the first 2 weeks and introduce yourself. Teachers will track which parents met the teachers. If that is not done your kids will not be allowed to the classes starting from 3rd week. Parents are allowed into the classrooms first 15 minutes to introduce them to teachers.

6. Please work with BalaVihar Front desk and try to help out on whatever you know. Parents' contribution is critical to the success of this program. so many ways you can contribute / help. (Teaching, Front desk, Homework correction, Classroom teacher support, Classroom setup and clean up activities. Kitchen help etc)
