Bala Vihar Guidelines :


1. Park the car in the parking lot and bring the kids to Bala Vihar front desk. Do NOT drop off in front of the Temple steps and block people who are entering the temple. All the parents please follow the rules strictly and we don't want to call out your names in front of Everyone. Fines will be enforced and also if you don't follow, your children may be removed from the Sai Temple.

2. This year we will have only 5 minutes grace period for First 2 weeks and after that there is no grace period. Kids are not allowed to class rooms once the classes start.

3. Make sure to send a notebook and a pencil, If not your Kid will be sent out of the class. Parents check their bags for notebook, pencil and ID cards ( once issued) before your start to Bala Vihar. We will give the pencil / note book with a cost of $5 every time your kids forget and the parents will be notified.

4. Books, Mavenlink setup (Parent teacher communication / homework / class work details) and ID cards will be available in the first week of September (9/8/2018) after the long weekend.

5. Parents you need to meet your teachers next 2 weeks (August 18th and August 25th) and introduce yourself. Teachers will track which parents met the teachers. If that is not done your kids will not be allowed to the classes starting Sep 8th. First 15 minutes parents are allowed to class rooms to introduce them to teachers.

6. Please work with Bala Vihar Front desk and try to help out on what ever you know. Parents contribution is critical to the success of this program. so many ways you can contribute / help. (Teaching, Front desk, Homework correction, Class room teacher support, Class room setup and clean up activities. Kitchen help etc)

NOTE: Kannada Classes will start at 11 AM instead of 10 AM. All Kannada students can choose an additional class of your choice from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. please see front desk for details to add an additional class.
